Including this image here, locally. A lot of references only refer to the socket side of the power connector, at the C128 side. This is oriented for someone looking at the plug on the end of the cable, which is handy! I have verified this to be correct with my genuine C128 power supply, but don't take my word for it without testing.
I see some references on the C128 side have pin 2 marked as connected to the shield ground. Next time I have mine open, I'll check that, but my original PSU had no detectable connection from pin 2 on the plug to anything at all, so I've done my cable exactly the same way.
